Job Description

The Swatch Group Ltd is a leading manufacturer of Swiss quality watches, watch movements, and components. As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication within retail teams, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales and operations strategies to maximize growth potential
  • Review P&L statements, develop budgets, and provide financial reports
  • Collaborate with HR and Store Management teams on talent selection, retention, and succession planning
  • Mentor Store Management on KPIs and maintain an accountability culture
  • Manage inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with visual/merchandising directives
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and schedule repair work orders
  • Set up new IOs for retail projects and analyze spending reports
Prestige Brand Responsibilities
  • Process orders for Prestige brands for Canadian retailers
  • Manage SKU system setup and availability communication
  • Prepare PO and ship notes to receive all POS inventory to ensure SAP accuracy
  • Analyze inventory and shippables
  • Prepare purchase orders for all marketing vendors and expenses
  • Maintain the Canadian marketing budget for prestige brands on a regular basis and track all spending
  • Coordinate co-op advertising documentation for processing
  • Coordinate marketing materials and products for events
Requirements
  • A college diploma or university degree
  • 2-3 years of operations experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Experience with SAP is highly desired
  • Familiarity with Cegid and/or other POS systems is highly desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Working Conditions

Moderate physical effort is required. This position has a low risk of injury, and the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing reports and materials for presentations.
