Job Title: Gas Station Manager

MIRAB RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail fueling operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of our gas stations, ensuring seamless daily operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assign duties, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Market Research: Study market trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the range of products and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
