Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely routing of inbound invoices using SharePoint for coding and approval.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors on account inquiries.
  • Facilitate monthly Pcard reconciliations and review of activity.
  • Reconcile the WFS fuel dealer account monthly.
  • Maintain postage meter and deliver outgoing mail.
  • Support month-end close items related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
  • Evaluate monthly expenses and ensure correct posting.
  • Assist internal and external audit as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Post-secondary education completion required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
