Financial Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
\You will be responsible for managing payroll and finance operations at the Greenstone Mine, which includes:

- Managing payroll information, including master file changes, earnings, department changes, leaves, new hires, and terminations.\
- Verifying timecards, attendance records, and other data for accuracy.\
- Addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.\
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.\
- Requesting and following up on relevant SAP Concur Access for new employees.\
- Staying current with tax regulations and labor laws to ensure payroll and financial compliance.\
- Preparing and submitting payroll tax reports to relevant authorities.\
- Assisting in completing audits by providing necessary financial data and records.\
- Reconciling employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave accruals.\
- Maintaining accurate and secure employee records and payroll data.\
- Preparing journal entries as required.\
- Generating payroll and financial reports for management and external stakeholders.\
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances, assisting in decision-making processes.\
