About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Better Touch Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Prepare and submit production reports, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to budgets.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Training and Development: Oversee apprenticeship training and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire skilled workers, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver high-quality results.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial management.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English language
