Position Overview

As a Residential Construction Supervisor at OCEANWAVE MODERN CONSTRUCTION, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that all activities are executed efficiently and safely.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction teams and manage project timelines.
  • Coordinate and schedule various construction activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide training or arrange for the necessary training of team members.
  • Estimate project costs and required materials accurately.
  • Set up and maintain construction equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance and project needs.
  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction processes.
  • Manage the requisition of materials and supplies necessary for construction.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in residential construction.
  • Permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
