About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at APNA CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of construction workers, including laborers, carpenters, and other skilled tradespeople.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring that we stay within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all projects meet our high standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
