About the Role

Rurka Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, supervise workers and projects, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Train or arrange for training, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Estimate costs and materials, and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain machines and equipment, and ensure they are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Construction.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
