  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
