What You'll Be Working On

As a Technical Lead, Digital Automation and Integration, you'll be responsible for:

  • Aligning automation and integration initiatives with our overarching business goals, strategies, and digital roadmaps.
  • Championing the development of a Centre of Excellence (COE) based on governance frameworks for Citizen development, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
  • Overseeing and guiding a team of on-shore and off-shore low-code and integration developers and analysts in the seamless delivery of Application-to-Application integrations.
  • Utilizing Boomi, third-party connectors, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), alongside RPA technologies to enable smart data capture and workflow automation.
  • Effectively managing project timelines and resources, employing agile methodologies to optimize efficiency and delivery outcomes.
  • Fostering collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, facilitating synergy and coherence in project execution.
  • Strategically driving business development endeavors, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, and nurturing enduring relationships with clients and partners.
  • Devoting attention to the development and growth of team members, providing mentorship, coaching, and training to enhance both their professional competencies and personal development.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in Digital Automation and System Integration, including a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
  • A track record of successfully developing comprehensive digitalization roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills in effectively managing onshore and offshore personnel, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery excellence.
  • Proven ability at fostering productive collaboration with cross-functional teams, facilitating the alignment of diverse perspectives and expertise to achieve project success.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision, while also adeptly translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • A commitment to the growth and development of team members, providing mentorship, coaching, and training to nurture their professional and personal advancement.
Technical Skills

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Power Platform including Power App, PowerBI, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents as well as RPA tools such as UiPath.
  • Hands-on experience in application-to-application integration, underscoring the ability to seamlessly connect disparate systems and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Robust project management capabilities, including firsthand experience in resource allocation and timeline management, with a preference for agile methodologies to ensure adaptive and efficient project execution.
  • Familiarity with Opensource GenAI tools is an asset.
  • Experience in facilitating design thinking sessions is an asset.
  • Familiarity with data and technology governance is an asset.
  • Previous work experience in the construction industry is an asset.
