About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Shahi Drywall Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit production and other reports as required, and maintain accurate records of site activities.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and ensure they are delivered to site in a timely manner.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and ensure that these are accurately reflected in project budgets.
  • Site Safety: Ensure that all site activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
