As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to synthesize the overall situation of the children and communicate their progress to parents. Your role will also involve leading activities, such as storytelling, singing, and outings, to engage children and foster their development. Additionally, you will guide children in developing proper habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom, and observe them for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems. You will prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors and participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and challenges. Your collaboration with coworkers and community service providers will be crucial in establishing a supportive network for children. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children.
