We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Willowbrae Academy Victoria. As a key member of our childcare centre, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children, ensuring a well-rounded and inclusive experience.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and deliver programs that promote children's growth and development.
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and social skills, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and guardians, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma from a 1-2 year program
