Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children, ensuring a well-rounded and inclusive experience.
- Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and deliver programs that promote children's growth and development.
- Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and social skills, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and guardians, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- 1-7 months of experience in a related field
- College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma from a 1-2 year program
