About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Development Specialist to join our team at Next Level Childcare Society. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to child care.
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to child care.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • Experience in child care an asset.
