About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Financial Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position working from home with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers regarding application processing, account updates, product information questions, and website support.
  • Represent our and our clients' brand, directly influencing Cardholder's impressions of the quality of service.
  • Provide excellent customer service while responding to all inbound inquiries.
  • Encourage customers by discussing the benefits and features of supplemental products and services.
  • Identify and resolve inquires & complaints to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of previous customer experience required.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.
  • High school diploma and proven experience in a customer experience industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills – clear, concise, confident & caring telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work multiple assignments throughout a shift.
