Job Title: Retail Storeroom Associate

At Accor Hotels, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Storeroom Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized storeroom environment, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving procedures, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to ensure seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or inventory management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications and/or Point of Sales System required.
