Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Dulux Paints - PPG Industries. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and assisting customers with their paint and wallpaper needs.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Assist customers with their paint and wallpaper needs, including providing advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and tidying up the sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
