Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Dulux Paints - PPG Industries. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling paint and wallpaper products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on paint and wallpaper products.
  • Sell paint and wallpaper products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of merchandise and the handling of customer transactions.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise, including the preparation of paint and wallpaper samples.
  • Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on paint and wallpaper products.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
