Network Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team at ISLINGTON CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH (1963)LTD. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our computer networks and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
- Provide technical support to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance
- Perform routine network maintenance, including backups and disaster recovery operations
- Supervise and mentor technical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- 3 years of experience in network administration, with a strong background in computer systems and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical staff
- Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
