About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team at Sazan IT Consulting Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and administration of our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Coordinate access and use of computer networks, install web server hardware and software, and maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide problem-solving services to network users, implement data, software, and hardware security procedures, and perform routine network start-up and close-down and maintain control records.
  • Disaster Recovery: Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, and implement network traffic and security monitoring software.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in network administration.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
