About the Role:

This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of our facility, focusing on mowing and trimming, lot maintenance, and painting. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist our technicians with various repairs and inspections, and relocate office personnel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain physical structures using hand and power tools.
  • Paint structures, perform masonry work, repair plumbing fixtures, and woodwork.
  • Maintain the grounds, including mowing, repairing roads, and lots.
  • Repair, maintain, and install electrical conduit.
  • Move, install, and adjust fixtures, motors, and other electrical/mechanical equipment.
  • Ensure all material handling equipment is maintained and repaired to protect employee safety and well-being.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or current high school enrollee preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to work in this position.
  • Good physical condition and agility to access all areas of the facilities for installation and repair of equipment.
  • Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely.
