About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Canadian Business Consultancy Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business operations.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
