About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at DOMILYA DESIGN AND SUPPLY CENTRE INC. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and reviewing the work of a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of a team of 3-4 people to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory to meet the needs of the team.
  • Training and Development: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Language: Bilingualism is required, with proficiency in both official languages.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
