Director of Information Technology

New Westminster Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Information Technology to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the District's technology strategy, ensuring the effective use of technology to support teaching and learning, and providing leadership and vision for the Technology and Information Services department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to achieve district goals.
The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a technology plan that aligns with district goals and objectives
- Providing technical support and guidance to staff and students
- Managing the District's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
- Collaborating with staff and stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions to support teaching and learning
- Providing leadership and vision for the Technology and Information Services department
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and significant experience in technology leadership and management.
