Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Infrastructure Director to lead our team in delivering world-class infrastructure solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our infrastructure capabilities, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver enterprise-class operational efficiency, service quality, and technological innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with peers to ensure alignment of technology across business units, driving growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain robust security measures to safeguard corporate IT assets, intellectual property, and regulated data.
  • Manage incidents proactively to minimize business impact and protect the company's reputation.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and internal staff to drive service delivery excellence and compliance with enterprise standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related IT field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading infrastructure, network, and information security personnel.
  • Prior supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership and management skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer to other technical team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on time management and adaptability.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience with business continuity procedures, service level agreement management, colocation center management, audit standards, database management, and asset management preferred.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
