SRS Property Mgmt Corporation is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post job notices, and coordinate the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Training and Development: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
