Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
