Human Resources Coordinator

SRS Property Mgmt Corporation is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and staffing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
The Human Resources Officer will also be responsible for co-ordinating and participating in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notifying applicants of results of the selection process, and preparing job offers.
Additionally, the successful candidate will advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of human resources principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment and staffing. A strong understanding of computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, is also required.
The Human Resources Officer will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
