About the Role

Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers, helping them to achieve the best value and service from our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on cloud computing and related technologies.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
