As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing the Pharmaceuticals Industry Vertical strategy, developing and growing National Key Accounts, and driving collaboration between National Sales and Product functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all global sales policies, processes, and guidelines relating to the Industry Vertical are adhered to.
- Ensure targets are met or exceeded on Industry Vertical level.
- Review up-trading, down-trading, loss-making, and newly gained accounts monthly and take corrective action.
- Ensure Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Business Review meetings take place, are well-prepared, and all relevant stakeholders are involved in a timely manner for National Key Accounts.
- Ensure minutes from Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Business Review Meetings are distributed to all relevant stakeholders and corrective actions are followed up for National Key Accounts.
- Ensure any concerns and/or complaints are timely escalated to all relevant stakeholders.
- 5 years of work-related experience (minimum)
- At least 5 years of experience within the respective industry vertical
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management preferred
- CIFFA certificate, an asset
- Good command of both verbal and written skills
- Ability to create collaborative engagements and active listening
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Strong interpersonal skills, building professional relationships internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet goals and achieve results
- Both a team builder and a team-player
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic and planning skills (ability to develop strategy and plan)
- Act as a role model for DSV values and adhere to the Code of Conduct
- Proficient in both English and French language
