Civil Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Linear Infrastructure specialist. As a key member of our Water Business Sector, you will be responsible for delivering linear infrastructure projects, working closely with our Group leader/manager, senior engineer, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver linear infrastructure projects, including collection, distribution, and transmission systems.
- Execute design engineering consulting services related to linear environmental infrastructure.
- Support the lead designer in the detailed design of linear projects and coordinate with the wider team and other disciplines.
- Develop project plans, anticipate and address project issues, and direct the timely completion of technical deliverables.
- Communicate and interact with the project team, clients, permitting agencies, and others to achieve project success and build lasting partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 4+ years of related linear water and wastewater infrastructure experience in municipal design and construction, preferably in a consulting engineering environment on municipal client projects.
- Proficient in integrated 3D environment software, such as Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or BIM.
- Knowledge and understanding of municipal linear water, sanitary, and storm infrastructure design standards and guidelines, as well as construction best practices.
