Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Green Again Irrigation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to meet business needs
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff and clients
- Answer electronic enquiries and respond to customer inquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Advise senior management on administrative matters
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
