About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
