Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are assigned to duties effectively and efficiently.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is returned or exchanged as necessary.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
