Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our Liquor Division team at one of our locations. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in the liquor industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
