Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop the skills of new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to handle the demands of the role.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of our products, ensuring that we are always stocked with the latest and most popular items.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring that we are not overstocked or understocked.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that our customers return to our store time and time again.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights and recommendations to management.
- Analyze sales data and trends, identifying opportunities to improve sales and increase revenue.
- 1-2 years of experience in a liquor store or retail management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English.
