Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Hire, train, and develop the skills of new staff members, as well as provide ongoing training and support to existing staff.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed and that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
    • Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that our store's return policy is fair and consistent.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their concerns are addressed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a liquor store or retail management role
