Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nor-Lab Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.

Inventory Management

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.

Reporting

Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Schedule

35 to 40 hours per week.
