About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in British Columbia. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating on a variety of projects, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage design teams on multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and urban planners, to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform design decisions
Requirements
  • Professional membership in the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects (BCSLA) or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong track record of leading design teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and experience with project management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
