Join Our Team as a Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our Ontario design team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our expanding Landscape Architectural & Urban Design practice.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and collaborative designer with a passion for the profession and demonstrated experience taking projects from concept to completion. As a member of our Landscape Architecture & Urban Design Team, you will contribute to current projects in a leadership role and help win new ones by being involved in all aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design development and construction documentation of projects, including site design, planting design, site grading, detailing, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mentorship of early career professionals.
  • Develop and articulate different design ideas and project concepts.
  • Prepare and lead others in the preparation of proposals.
  • Have experience in Project Management and demonstrated financial acumen.
Requirements
  • Be a Full Member in Good Standing with the OALA (or equivalent, with seal).
  • Have 8+ years of professional experience working in Landscape Architecture.
  • Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in core design and administrative software (CAD, Adobe, Office, etc).
  • Be willing to perform field work and observe projects during construction.
