About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our Ontario design team and contribute to the growth and development of our expanding Landscape Architectural & Urban Design practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our Landscape Architectural & Urban Design practice
  • Contribute to current projects in a leadership role and help win new ones
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mentorship of early career professionals
  • Develop and articulate design ideas and project concepts
  • Prepare and lead proposals, and have experience in Project Management and financial acumen
  • Lead others through projects from start to finish, including site design, planting design, site grading, detailing, and contract administration
Requirements
  • Full Member in Good Standing with the OALA (or equivalent, with seal)
  • 8+ years of professional experience working in Landscape Architecture
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in core design and administrative software
  • Willingness to perform field work and observe projects during construction
  • Commitment to community and continual learning
