About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our Ontario design team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our Landscape Architecture and Urban Design practice, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement project strategies
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Landscape Architecture and Urban Design practice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Full Member in Good Standing with the OALA (or equivalent)
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in core design and administrative software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
