About R&R International Translation Specialists Inc.
R&R International Translation Specialists Inc. is a leading private translation agency seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization's goals are met through effective human resources management.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a dental plan and health care plan.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Strategist to coordinate the activities of our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in human resources management. Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals;
- Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs;
- Reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
- Advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements;
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures;
- Mediating labour disputes and grievances;
- Planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies;
- Researching and preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales;
- Administering benefit employment equity and other human resources programs;
- Researching employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommending changes;
- Advising senior management;
- Responding to employee questions and complaints;
- Recruiting and hiring staff;
- Proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources management;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Familiarity with human resources software and Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Flexibility and ability to multitask;
- Accountability and values-driven approach to work;
- Efficient interpersonal skills;
