HR Operations Manager

At R&R International Translation Specialists Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs, as well as reviewing HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. You will also advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements. Additionally, you will establish and implement policies and procedures, mediate labour disputes and grievances, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent oral communication, written communication, flexibility, and organized skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in this field of employment
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent oral communication, written communication, flexibility, and organized skills
