We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Science Consultant to join our team at Davispier. The successful candidate will play a key role in our Behavioral Science practice through delivering consulting and research projects focused on using behavioral science theories and concepts that contribute to improving policy, programs, and services in the government, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about applying behavioral science concepts to real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have experience in completing field research, randomized control trials, and quasi-experimental research projects.

The Behavioral Science Consultant will lead and contribute to the application of behavioral science theories and concepts to consulting and research projects. This will involve conducting a broad range of desk and field research-related activities, including developing research plans and experimental designs, conducting qualitative and quantitative data gathering, and synthesizing and analyzing data.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating deliverables, including research reports and slide decks, to communicate the status, findings, and results of research and consulting work. Additionally, they will manage client relationships within project environments, facilitate client workshops and presentations, and integrate with client and project teams.

Our team consists of over 60 people across Canada in Halifax, Toronto, and Charlottetown with varied backgrounds, including strategists, project managers, engineers, public policy experts, interdisciplinary designers, technologists, and researchers. We work with public and non-profit sector organizations in Canada to deliver the services necessary to improve society and the lives of others by designing, planning, and implementing lasting change.

To be considered for this position, you must possess a Master's degree or PhD in behavioral science, behavioral economics, economics, psychology, or other social science domains. Experience in a consulting or professional services environment would be considered an asset.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
