Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Canada. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Salesforce solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with the business to understand demand and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget.
  • Manage integration across the platform, ensuring seamless interactions between different systems.
  • Coordinate and participate in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
  • Own a portfolio of products/initiatives, driving strategic decision-making and maximizing product value.
  • Develop and maintain user stories/business requirements documents, detailing out user stories for the scrum team to work upon.
  • Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
  • Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree preferably in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience as a product owner and leading a technical team.
  • Must have experience working on quote to cash (Q2C) domain and Force.com platform.
  • Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the business stakeholders to drive the discussion.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline.
Preferred Experience:
  • Must have experience working on quote to cash domain and Force.com Platform.
  • Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/ Service/ Experience Cloud (at least one or more) – CPQ.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to ensure a team's success - Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.
  • Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork.
  • Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog according to business value for the life of the project.
  • Acting as the key product feature decision-maker, maximizing the value of the product.
  • Experience with the Agile methodology: owning sprint planning, attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally.
