About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Canada. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Salesforce products and ensuring they meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that product features are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are informed of product progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as marketing, computer science, or information systems.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a strong background in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce development tools, such as JIRA and Team Services.
