About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Canada, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of products/initiatives and leading a technical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business groups to understand demand and develop detailed requirements
  • Collaborate with the business to design and architect solutions
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget
  • Manage integration across the platform and ensure seamless delivery
  • Develop and maintain user stories/business requirements documents
  • Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation
  • Participate in roadmap planning and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years experience as a product owner and leading a technical team
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to break down complex processes and manage progress toward a set timeline
Preferred Experience
  • Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to ensure a team's success
  • Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork
