Salesforce Product Owner
NTT DATA is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Work with business groups to understand demand and develop detailed requirements
- Collaborate with the business to design and architect high-level solutions
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget
- Manage integration across the platform and own a portfolio of products/initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner and leading a technical team
- Experience with Agile methodology, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and engineers
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce development and implementation projects, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and ensure a team's success
- Strong accountability planning, organization, and teamwork skills
- Experience creating and maintaining product backlogs and prioritizing features according to business value
