Operations Lead

Mejuri is a category-defining fine jewelry brand redefining luxury for women. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the customer journey, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our customers.
- Manage inventory accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate receiving, stocking, and replenishment of products.
- Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring efficient packaging and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with the Visual Lead to analyze key performance indicators and optimize visual displays for maximum sales impact.
- Support sales efforts, driving results through effective operational systems and processes.
- Manage the floor and customer experience when the Store Manager is not present.
- Experience in high-volume retail environments, with a focus on operations and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work outside of regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A minimum of two weeks' vacation, plus personal days and three religious observance days.
